It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Cooper of Lawrenceville, Georgia, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Egbert Bruce and Pauline Johnson Bruce; her brother James; her sister-in-law Opal Bruce; and her husband Charlie Cooper.
She is survived by : her children, Eddie (Debbie Cooper), Ronnie (Rita Cooper), Buford, Marie (David Meeks) and Carol Cooper; her grandchildren, James, Jesse, Wesley, Stephanie (Brian), Thomas (Lesley), Jason, Anthony, Michael, Travis, Matthew, Robert, Lindsey (John) and Kimberly; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Andrew, Hannah, Khloe, Savannah, Keelie, Kaiden, Bella, Katie, Emery, Allison, Ryan, Azalea, Lucca, Greyson, Thomas, Paxton, Pamela, Kimberly and Johnny; and her sisters, Wanda and Judy (Danny Tullis). She is also survived by nieces & nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 16th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tim Stewart Funeral Home (300 Simonton Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 16th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home (300 Simonton Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046).
