It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Jarrard Winkler of Lawrenceville, Georgia, born in Dahlonega, Georgia, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ben Jarrard and Elizabeth Turner Jarrard; her daughter Pamela Winkler; and her siblings, Agnes, Ruth (Fred Cash), Bessie (Shortly Lee), Verbie (Telford Brewer), Cloye (Benny Duncan), Lena (Earl Nix), P. J. (Doris Jarrard), Frances (Albert Grizzle) and Bud (Edna Jarrard).

She is survived by : her husband Talmadge Winkler; and her sisters, Faye Allison and Sydna Franklin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
