She was predeceased by: her mother Josephine Martinez; her child When Shawn; and her husband Shawn R. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Hunter Shawn Smith, Morgan Ashleigh Smith and Valerie; her father Tony G. Martinez; and her brothers, Lloyd Martinez (Rose) and Robert Martinez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
