He is survived by: his wife Karen McCullough (Cozzi); his mother Ruby Mae McCullough; his children, Shannon, Sean McCullough (Andrea), Scott McCullough (Alana) and Ryan McCullough (Allison Bradwell); his siblings, Mary Lulkowski (Ken), Joan Pieri (Dennis), Pat McCullough, Bill McCullough (Joy) and Colleen (Bill); and his grandchildren, Sabrina Spears (AJ), Madelyn Humphries, Elizabeth McCullough, Benjamin McCullough, Kelsey McCullough, Ruby McCullough and Conner McCullough.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be sent to the American Heart Association.
