With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Van Leroy Palmer of Leesburg, Georgia, who passed away on June 5, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Van Leroy's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Van Leroy has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Deloy Palmer and Willene Bedsole Palmer; and his brother Russell. He is survived by: his wife Pam Palmer of Leesburg; his children, Angela Summerland (Dan), Cliff Palmer of Orlando, FL, Jeff Kruse of New Jersey and Babette Cooper (Anthony); and his siblings, Delores, Mary, Diane, Cheryl, David and Bobby. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
