It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Baker (Lenox, Georgia), who passed away on September 24, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roy Rowan and Essie Barton Rowan; and her siblings, Curtis Leroy Rowan, Mildred Rowan Langdon, Merle Rowan Ward Buckholts, Reba Nelle Rowan Walters and Eleanor Rowan Watson.
She is survived by: her husband Lessie Gene Baker of Lenox; her children, Timmie Gene Baker (Cathy) of Adel, Tony Curtis Baker (Jodi) of Goldsboro, NC, David Royce Baker (Melanie) of Lenox and Cathy Elaine Baker Walker (David) of West Berrien; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Walker (Ashlee), Hunt Baker, Chase Walker, Jarrod Baker (Brittany), Benjamin Baker (Kacey), Jessica Baker Franklin (Donald), Courtney Baker McLeighton (George), Dillan Baker, Austin Baker (Haley) and Melena Baker; her great grandchildren, Sydney Walker, Tyler Franklin, Zayden Baker, Colton McLeighton, Leigha McLeighton, Alta Grace Baker, Parker Rhea Baker and Tristan Baker; and her brother Melvyn Rowan (Sharon) of Adel.
