He was predeceased by: his parent James Crawford Holt; his son Mikie Holt; his great grandchildren, Cayson Harper and Saylor Bloxsom; and his brothers, Randy Holt and Charles Holt.
He is survived by: his parent Helen Inez Bartlett Holt; his spouse Margaret Virginia Gibbs Holt; his children, Robbie Clark (Kerry), Will Holt (Summer), Matt Holt (Mandy) and Katie Robinson; his son-in-law Chris Robinson of Brooklyn, NY; his siblings-in-law, Joy Parker of Adel, Judy Hall and Ronnie Hall of Lenox; his brother Bart Holt; and his sister-in-law Susan Holt of Lenox. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
