She was predeceased by : her parents, Joel Thomas Addison and Louanna Kay; her siblings, Opal Wilson (Boyd), Ruveal Mosley (Clarence), Paul Addison (Bonnie Faye), Wintferd Addison (Mable), Norman Addison, Alice Moseley (Bruce), Sue Steele (Ray), Dwayne Addison and Floyd Addison; and her siblings-in-law, Marjorie Page (Don), Erlene May, Dorothy Capps (R. C.) and Loy Payne.
She is survived by : her husband Frank Payne; her daughters, Kay Weber of Atlanta and Julie Payne of Stone Mountain; her grandchildren, John Weber of Douglasville and Taylor Weber of Decatur; her great grandchild Jocelyn Weber; her brother Marvin Addison (Catherine) of Toccoa, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Beulah Addison of Travelers Rest, SC, Sara Abrams (Gerald) of Seymour, TN, Doyle Payne (Margaret) of Carrolton and William Payne (Suzy) of Atlanta. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved dearly; and close friends.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the family will have a private viewing at Tom M. Wages Funeral Home in Snellville.
