He is survived by : his daughter Ashley Scott of Tignall; his parents, Charles Scott of Lincolnton and Patricia Marshall of Batesburg, SC; and his siblings, Dwayne Scott (Roni) of Lincolnton and Debbie Justice (Jim) of Lincolnton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
