He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Lee and Ella Ingram Goldman; and his siblings, Susie Goldman, Guy Goldman, Ernest Goldman, Wyman Goldman, Emma Mae Bentley and Eula Howard.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara Crawford Goldman; and his sons, Marvin E. "Marty" Goldman, Jr. (Dianne) of Evans and Charles Lee Goldman, Sr. (Robin) of Tomah, WI. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 15 great- grandchildren.
