It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Walter J. Debow in Lincolnton, Georgia, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on July 19, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Forrest DeBow and Anna Belle Storey DeBow; his granddaughter Rachel Blakey; and his siblings, William DeBow, Mildred Meyer and Elizabeth Melton.

He is survived by : his wife Kathy DeBow; his children, Anthony DeBow of Hephzibah, Vernon Ready (Jennifer) of Parker, CO, Maxine Studdard (Jamie) of Hephzibah and Deana Tankersley (James) of Thomson; his brother Rollis DeBow (Alice) of Waynesboro; his daughter-in-law Lynne Ready; and his grandchildren, Mandy DeBow, Sharon Phillips, Chance Anderson, Lily Ready and Ariana Ready.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, a private funeral service will be held at Martin's Crossroads Congregational Holiness Church with interment following at West View Cemetery in Augusta.
