He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Calvin Head and Beatrice Carter Head; and his wife Lynn Hensley Head. He is survived by : his son Russ Head (Shala); his granddaughter Maggie Jo Head; his brother Tony Lombard (Carolyn); and his nephew Stuart York.
