He is survived by: his wife Frances Hollis Rogers; his daughters, Cynthia Rogers Fitzpatrick (Thomas) and Pamela Yvonne Rogers Howell (Ronnie); and his grandchildren, Thomas Lynn Fitzpatrick, III (Jessica) and Joshua Lee Howell (Shayna).
