He is survived by: his children, Amy Ames (Josh) and Scott Buchanan; his grandchildren, Molly Faye Ames, Brody Michael Ames, Emrie Lain Buchanan and Ellis Grace Buchanan; his brother Rick; and his aunt Christine Buchanan. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
