He is survived by: his wife Nancy Eskew Kennedy; his siblings, Hirsch Kennedy Banks (Therrell) and Richard Kennedy (Dot); his sister-in-law Ann Eskew; and his nieces, Kay C. Gilstrap (Lamar), Ginger C. Jones (Joe) and Jan H. Banks. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; and one great-great nephew.
