He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Land and Hilda Land; and his siblings, Thomas Dawe and Susan Craft. He is survived by: his children, Logan Dawe (Rachel), Joey Owen (Tamara) and Brandi Dawe; his grandchildren, Addison Dawe, Tater, Rain and Abby; and his siblings, Patricia Anderson, Beth Dawe, Ellen Smith, Heidi Sapp, Holly Norton, Buddy Land, John Dawe, Louis Land and Michael Dawe (Karen Sanders). He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
