It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Fairbanks Bennett (Lithia Springs, Georgia), who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sodis Bennett and Frances Cleo Terry Bryant; and his sister Linda Faye. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Diann Worley Bennett; his children, Katrina Bennett of Acworth, Shea Bennett Pedroza (Alex Pedroza) and Sean; his daughter-in-law Tamra Bennett of Lithia Springs, Georgia; his sister Gloria Melancon of Canton, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Lyllian and Madigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
