He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lee and Pansy Kearns Earnhardt; and his brother Butch Earnhardt. He is survived by: his wife Kim Earnhardt; his children, Angela McGuire and Todd Earnhardt (Vicki); his grandchildren, Breanna, Mykalea, Gracie, Mylaina and Gavyn Earnhardt; and his siblings, Sharon Waller, Gayle Langley and Donnie Earnhardt.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jerry's name to Calvary Church of God, 7551 W. Strickland Street, Douglasville, GA 30134.
