He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Susan Tucker; and his pet Tater. He is survived by: his parents, James H. and Charlene Tucker, Sr. (Benson); his daughter Allysa Tucker; his brothers, Jim Bo Tucker and Greg Tucker (Kelly); and his siblings' children, Landon Tucker, Ansley Tucker and Brett Tucker.
