He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucius Howard and Bertha Louise Teal (Hollis); his brothers, Donald Teal and Richard Teal; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Brown and Rodney Russell (Ron).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Teal; his daughter Jackie Duppenthaler (Don) of Groveland, Florida; his sister Carol Brown of Lithia Springs; his grandchildren, Doug Duppenthaler (Stacey), Eric Duppenthaler (Danielle) and Leah Clough (Scott); his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Addisyn, Alyse, Kinsley, Ella, Kaiden, Kipton, Emme, Harvey, Kaysen and Clara; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Jones of Talking Rock, Bo Jones (Nancy) of Powder Springs, Georgia, Joyce Russell of Villa Rica and Debi Teal of Douglasville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
