He is survived by : his wife JoAnn West; his daughter Sherri Tolbert (Al Tolbert); his grandchildren, Jenna Roberts, Evan Tolbert, Janet Webb and Alayna Tolbert; and also, Temperance Roberts and Presleigh Webb.
