He was predeceased by: his children, Velma Haydon, Kenneth Haydon and Gene Gunter Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte G. Haydon; and his children, Betty Jo Lamb (Danny) of Tampa, FL, Karen Sanborn, Mary Jo Apodaca (Sammy), Bobby Haydon (Nicole), Kim Mormon (Sean), Cynthia Ash (J. R.) and Barry A. Gunter (Connie). He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren.
