She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Haulbrook (John) of Powder Springs, GA; her grandchildren, Jacob Haulbrook (Courtney) of Montana and Mia Michelle Haulbrook; her great grandchildren, Jaysen and Brantley Haulbrook; her siblings, George Popham (Linda) of Louisville, KY, Brenda Sasser (Jeff) and Peggy Horton of Lexington, SC; and her close friend Sue Matzuras of Powder Springs, GA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Alzheimer's Association.
