She was predeceased by: her parents, Polly McMichen and Etta McMichen; her son Tony Horsley; and her brother Larry Truman McMichen. She is survived by: her husband Larry L. Horsley of Lithia Springs, Georgia; her daughter Linda; her son-in-law David Canup of Douglasville, Georgia; and her sons, Russell (Deborah Horsley) and Randy (Karen Horsley).
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
