He was predeceased by: his parents, Reese Stacey and Ozell Portwood Stacey; and his wife Helen Stacey. He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Stacey Jenkins of Lithia Springs and Norman Hayden Jr.; his daughter-in-law Sandra Stacey of Douglasville; and his sister Reba of Lawrenceville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
