She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Leon Spangler and Elizabeth Ann Mason; her husband Robert Russell Riggs; and her brother Leon Spangler. She is survived by: her sons, Bobby (Tifanie Riggs) and Chris Riggs of Atlanta Georgia; her siblings, Gayle Congdon of Cadiz, Kentucky, Walter and Wayne Spangler of Owensboro, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Isabel, Brandon, Bryant, Juliana, Noah, Emma and Caleb; and her great grandchild Elizabeth.
