She is survived by: her husband Dennis Smith; her children, Christopher Bienvenu (Starla Raiborn), Kathy Vaughn, Kimberly Johnson (Nathan) and Kevin Smith (Patima "Mew"); and her sister Patricia "Trish" Davis (Steve).
