He is survived by: his wife Anita Claudette Smith of Lithia Springs, Georgia; his son Rob; his daughter-in-law Kristi Smith of Villa Rica, Georgia; his daughter Janet; his son-in-law Kenneth Richey of Wichita, Kansas; his grandchildren, Kristen, Stephen Sellers of Douglasville, Rachel Whitener of Newnan, Ashley, Ben Burdick of Wichita, Tiffany, Christopher Little of Wichita, Lindsey and Dustin Lewis of Wichita, Kansas; and his great grandchildren, Zoey Burdick, Emmett Burdick, Johnathan Little, Scarlett Lewis and Ruby Lewis.
