He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jane Harp; his father James; and his siblings, Herchell T. Harp, Henrietta Jenkins and Henry Harp.
He is survived by: his son James Harp (Paula Yvonne) of Powder Springs; his grandson Shawn Harp (Victoria) of Acworth; his great grandchildren, Connor and Grant Harp; and his sister Mamie N. Garrett of Cumming, GA..
