She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Earl Pounds; and her son Terry Gene Osborne. She is survived by: her children, Kay Cole of Lithia Springs and Michael Osborne of New Orleans; her daughter-in-law Diane Osborne; and her siblings, Lenard Watson of Elkmont, AL, Betty Roberson of Huntsville, AL and Greta Baker of Boaz, AL. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Union Grove Church Building Fund.
