She was predeceased by: her parent Harry Spivey; her wife Willie Stephens Spivey; and her siblings, Hugh Spivey, Charles Spivey, Morris Spivey and Hattie Almand.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Ragsdale; and her sons, Kenneth Ragsdale (Liza) of Pensacola, FL, John Ragsdale (Janis) of Knoxville, TN and Mark Ragsdale (Seda) of Roswell, GA.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Philadelphia Baptist Church, Rutledge, GA.
