He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Buckalew and Flora Buckalew. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Diann Buckalew; his sons, Matthew Buckalew, Albert Buckalew (Jennifer) and Justin Buckalew (Amanda); his grandchildren, Ryan, Emma, Jacob, Lilly, Bella, Lucas, Madison, Amber and Paige; and his brother Johnny Buckalew (Shirley).
