It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Claudie Smith (Lizella, Georgia), who passed away on April 7, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ed Meeks and Gladys Meeks; her husband William "Bill" Smith; her daughter Brenda Barnes; and her sister Georgia Carr.

She is survived by : her granddaughter Kaylee "Danni" Barnes of Lizella; her brother James "Bug" Meeks of Knoxville; and her daughters, Debra Harris (Stewart) of Lizella, Rhonda Watts of Perry and Linda Maddox (Doug) of Macon. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
