He was predeceased by: his father William Hunter Carr, Sr.; and his brother Curtis Carr. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Carr; his children, Jenelle, Henry Freeman of Snellville and Alisha Carr of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Elijah Freeman and Kyra Freeman; his mother Vivian Carr of Tampa, FL; and his siblings, Patricia Ross of Tampa, FL, Janet Dudley of Tampa, FL, Sandra Reece of Tampa, FL, Sarah Del Rio of Tampa, FL and Bruce Carr of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by numerous Nieces & Nephews.
