He was predeceased by: his parents, Versia Brooks Langley and Robert Emmett Langley. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lewis Langley; his children, Scott Langley and Joyce Ann Southard (Mike); his grandchildren, Stephanie Alberson (Chad), Amber Waldroup (Scottie), Benjamin Langley (Alex) and Brandi Haley (Andy); his great grandchildren, Zoey Alberson, Alaina, Marlee Waldroup, Roslyn Langley, Sully and Charlie Haley; and his sister Hazel Rogers-Forbes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to honor Bill's love of plants by requesting house plants.
