She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wesley Vickery and Leenona Bell Hall; her husband Joseph M. Johnson; her siblings, Cecil, Vertice and Lois; and her grandson Kevin C. McCulley.
She is survived by: her brother Harvey Broward Vickery (Olivia); her daughters, Sherry J. McCulley and Kay J. Smith (Gary); and her grandson A. J. Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
