It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Garmon of Loganville, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Shaw and Jean Shaw; and her brother Bobby Shaw. She is survived by: her husband Richard Garmon; her son Rick; her daughter-in-law Julie Garmon of Monroe; her daughter Carol; her son-in-law Tommy Coker of Monroe; her grandchildren, Jamie Garmon of Braselton, Ken, Megan Coker of Monroe, Katie, Chris Harrison of Savannah, Jay Coker of Monroe, Thomas and Brittany Garmon of Monroe; and her siblings, Linda Brown of Cumming, David, Jane Shaw of Dawsonville, Dotty and William Page of Charleston, SC. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to New Testament Baptist Church, 2165 Broadnax Mill Road, Loganville, GA 30052.
