He is survived by : his wife Sylvia; his children, Darrell Cagle (Angela) and Jennifer Cagle; and his siblings, David Rutledge (Lori) of Loganville, James Rutledge (Donna) of Loganville, Edward Rutledge (Brenda) of Loganville, Carol Rutledge of Loganville and Bonnie Heath of Conyers. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
