He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Yancey and Mattie Yancey; and his siblings, Ethan, Cecil, Herbert, Joe, Thomas, Hulon, Lear Martin and Imogene Hannah.
He is survived by: his wife Nettie Phillips Yancey; and his sister Kathleen Rice of Acworth. He is also survived by many Nieces & Nephews.
