He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Conway Clay; his children, Colton Clay, Camryn Clay and Garrison Gunter; his parents, Billy Clay and Deborah Staten; his grandmother Patricia Middlebrooks; his stepmother Cindy Clay; his brother Joey; his sister-in-law Carly Clay; his parents-in-law, Butch Conway and Lynn Conway; and his siblings-in-law, Regina and Kevin Cann. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
