He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Felton Carruth Sr. and Mildred Nash Carruth; and his brother Herman Carruth Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Carruth of White Plains, GA; his daughters, Chanda Hardman (Ricky) of Greensboro, GA and Pam Billingsley (Jeff) of Gray, GA; his grandchildren, Jake, Matthew Billingsley of Gray, GA, Emily Hardman Shelby of Greensboro and Clayton Hardman of Gray; his great grandchild Olivia Shelby; his sister Barbara Garnto; and his sister-in-law Alberta Carruth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
