He was predeceased by: his wife Janis Thornton Foster; his parents, Charles Foster and Frances Foster (Haynie); and his brother Gerald Foster (Carolyn). He is survived by: his children, Chris Foster (Sarah) of Atlanta, GA and Nicole Barrett (Brad) of Snellville, GA; his grandchildren, Davis Foster, Addison Barrett and Landon Barrett; his sisters, Melissa Carter (Cary) of Jefferson, GA and Melinda Fleeman (Terry) of Brunswick, GA; his aunt Joan Crowe of Kathleen, GA; and his brother-in-law Everett Thornton of Winder, GA. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
