He was predeceased by: his father Edward Ray Toole; his daughter Loni Nicole Toole; his mother Mary Frances Toole; his grandfather Homer Ray Toole; and his close friend TJ Blackwell.

He is survived by: his children, Jacob Paul Toole and Tori Rae Toole; his siblings, Judy Richardson, Tammy Lyn Toole and Mark Toole (Sally); his granddaughters, Jayne Toole, Jaden Toole, Jordyn Toole and Madison McCoy; and his pet Moon Shine.
