He is survived by: his wife Shirley Richardson Durden; his children, Edsel Durden, Jr. of Loganville and Diane Goga of Monroe; his siblings, Jerry Durden of Loganville, Joe Durden of Elberton and Rita Faye Baker of Loganville; his grandchildren, Benjamin Goga, Charlotte Goga, Nathan Durden and Andrew Durden; and his great grandchild Andrea Goga.
