With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elaine Marie Voorhees of Loganville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 14, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her son George Michael Voorhees; her grandson Andrew Voorhees; her parents, George Panek and Lydia Panek; and her sister Linda Moore.

She is survived by : her husband Edward James Voorhees of Loganville; her son Edward James, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Sondra Voorhees of Rock Spring; her daughter Christine Lynn; her son-in-law Ron Marsh of Loganville; and her grandchildren, Emily Voorhees, James Voorhees (Nathalia), Ariana Fountain (Ethan), Josiah Marsh, Kristen Akers (Phillip), Ashley Cansler (Chris), Christian Dunn, Ethan Voorhees, Carleigh Voorhees and Makenna Voorhees. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; and numerous family and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bible Baptist Church (1180 Old Monroe Madison Hwy, Monroe, GA 30655). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
