“Elizabeth will be very much missed by all. She was an inspiration for all- working on her embroideries until the end; making quilts for the hospitals; being computer savvy and willing to learn even in her 90’s. She and her friend Liz befriended me when I first moved here, taking me to all the quilt shops and at least one class. They were a “hoot” to be with. I hope you know how much she was loved.”

“Sorry for the loss of your dear Elizabeth. She was known for her wonderful embroidery and presence at meetings by members of the Gwinnett Quilters Guild. We did not see her much the last few years we were meeting but she continued to make embroidered quilts for children in hospitals which was a guild project. It was so much fun to see what she made each year. She made many children happy. Members of the guild will miss her. Sincerely, Cheryl Johnson, co-president of Gwinnett Quilter's Guild”
