He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer J. Sr. Osner and Ellen Ash Osner; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Osner, Clarence Osner and Gerald Osner.
He is survived by : his wife Sonia Osner; his children, Brittany Nicole Osner, Zachary Michael Osner, Tom (Debbie Osner), Craig (Rachel Osner) and Angie (Marty Lott); his siblings, Darlene Hamlin, Diane Wiles, Kenneth Osner, Jane Ghantous (Sam), James Osner and Donald Osner; his sister-in-law Sandi Osner; his grandchildren, Samantha Casey (Scott), Jessica Head (Michael), Ashley Lively (Michael), Melissa Osner, Ryan Osner, Miranda Osner, Logan Lott and Devon Lott; and his great grandchild Dustin Lively.
