It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Mooney of Loganville, Georgia, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Harold Mooney (Jimmy). She is survived by: her children, Phyllis, Richard Ford of Snellville, Melinda, Gary Vinson of Sparta, Michael and Wanda Mooney of Loganville; and her siblings, Buck Epps of Sparta, Bob Epps of Sparta, Susie Sammons of Lawrenceville and Rhene Elliott of Marietta. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
