She is survived by: her husband Dr. Al Provost; her children, Derek Provost (Helen), Karen Provost, Bret Provost (Libby) and Drew Provost (Kelly); her grandchildren, Daniel (Jessie), Kristen (Devin), Dylan, Daphne, Allistair, Kincaid, Caroline and Charlotte; her great grandchildren, Judith, Adelaide, Kirkwood and Nora; her siblings, Brenda Faulkner, Charlie Fuentes, Jim Fuentes, Ken Fuentes and Debbie Draker; and her cousin Thelma Miller. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
