We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2020, at the age of 93, Frances Bell Dial of Loganville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Harvey Dial; and her siblings, James Bell, Hubert Bell, Charles Bell, Annie Sue Anthony and Hazel Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth (Jane Dial), Randy Dial of Monroe, Carole D. Billue of Loganville and Mark (Traci Dial); her grandchildren, April Fraase, Mandy Elliott, Cherie McDonald, Gary Pecic and Joseph Dial; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Fraase, Malachi McDonald, Sadie Grace McDonald, Nevaeh Porter, Olivia Dial, Thomas Dial, Bryce Pecic and Blake Pecic; and also Carl V. "Butch" Butcher.
Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made in her memory to Summit Baptist Church, 3080 Highway 81 S, Loganville, GA 30052.
